- We will be training for two weeks at the Gloria Sports Center in Belek Turkey. The weather promises to be good with warm and sunny conditions for rewarding outdoor training. The key focus for the camp is building a strong conditioning base to help spring into intense training and competition towards the June/July period. Emphasis in physical preparation with additional time spent out of the water in the gym gaining strength, agility and balance. I like to refer this to "Winning Routines", siger Dean Boles.
- With the addition to a strong coaching staff delivering purposeful work each day, we have our sport science experts from Team Denmark assisting in the dry side of training. This also gives us opportunity to discuss strategies and tactics moving forward to the summer with the swimmers to achieve best results when it counts. We welcome Gorm Ramussen to our sport expert support as our dedicated physical trainer for swimming. He will be in direct consultation with seasoned experts Lars Johansen, Susanne Jorgensen, Mads Brink Hansen and Marlene Vestergaard. It’s a very good 'Team around the Team'. As well training in a high performance environment for 14 days can only heighten the environment and atmosphere of the Danish Team, siger Dean Boles.

- We are finishing a 3 week return to a normal training routine after the Danish Open, with a small break from training mixed in, the swimmers will be at a very good point to move into some concentrated work in the pool and out of the pool during this period. This will help shape them for more intense training when they return to their home programs as well hitting some key racing moments in June and early July, siger Dean Boles.
- The days will be filled with training. 30 minutes of pre pool warm up working on mobility & balance, 2 hours of water training, 1 hour of Strength and Conditioning. Then some meetings and rest. And then repeat in the afternoon. We hope to take in a few historical and interesting sites on our rest day which is Sunday, siger Dean Boles.
